CIIS is owned and managed by Malaysian investors, who provide education from primary to secondary and international pre-university levels. Qualifications for foreign teachers

1. Good health

2. Age ranging from 25-55

3. BA degree with at least two years of teaching experience or teaching certificate in relevant subjects 

4. MA with or without teaching experience

5. Native or near-native foreign language efficiency

6. Specialty in either language acquisition or teaching or curriculum designing and implementing

7. Specialty in science courses designing and implementing such as Math

8. A good and loyal team player

9. An inspiring and creative teacher/lecturer.
